Now I just need to breathe

I made a big mistake this morning and got caught up in the blather about the election. This just compounded my disappointment ....

It will take me some time to come to terms with the apparent differences between my beliefs and approaches to the role of government, and what is purported to be those of the majority of people voting yesterday.

But, in order to get there, the first thing I need to do is take a break, pay attention to my breathing, and look at acting locally.

This too will pass.
